I was here for a conference, didn't stay in a room. But the conference rooms were great! Large screens for PowerPoints. The bathrooms were nice, Everything was clean, the staff i did run into were friendly.
A wonderful place to stay. Staff are superb and very helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Centrally located and that makes it easy to go to the airport, shopping, dining, museums and the Meijer Botanical Gardens.
Having attended many events, my opinion is this a 1st class facility. All the tech, all the amenities and delicious coffee and food.
Recently spent the night for a wedding. Very convenient for the wedding. Rooms were very nice, shower was a bit dark and no place to put your stuff. Beautiful walking trails for an early morning walk. All the staff was pleasant and quick. Very helpful with printing off a document also. Breakfast was typical hotel, not enough healthy options. Was disappointed that we could not get a late check out but understood how busy they were.
We stayed here with many extended family members for a wedding weekend. The employees were great with the large group and allowed us to use the lobby for several hours to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient being right off the beltline.

I have attended several conferences held at the Prince Conference Center over the years and always very pleased with the acoustics, rooms,tables, seating accommodations, water, coffee and tea. Parking is great and nearby.
Business meeting. Arrived late due to airport crunching with delays related to govt shutdown. Clean, well tended rooms. Ample amenities. Good food for breakfast and lunch, though no restaurant onsite. Reactive and responsive tech personnel in-house to deal with A/V stuff.
